Viewing recent transactions
From the DocOne Main Page, select a transaction from the recent transactions section.
From this list, users can hover anywhere within the desired transaction to perform any of the following:
- Copy an existing transaction; see Copying an existing transaction.
- Edit the transaction; see Editing transactions (Edit Transaction).
- View the transaction; see Viewing transaction summary (View Summary).
- Delete the transaction; see Deleting transactions.
- After a transaction is submitted to WKFS Print Fulfillment, user can select either View Fulfillment Status or View Summary; they can only view information on the transaction (Package Name) and view the PDF of the generated docs. Note:
- Depending on whether a transaction has been submitted to WKFS print fulfillment will determine what actions the user can take with existing transaction. The Edit Transaction link appears if the transaction has not been submitted for print fulfillment; users can then modify any information and generate the document.
- For transactions that were initiated via the DocOne® portal and sent to print fulfillment, users can select the View Fulfillment Status link to access the Fulfillment Tracking application; this allows users to perform the following:
- View search results
- View the mailings for that transaction based on loan number and date submitted to print fulfillment
